NEW VENUE: The Bald Rock Hotel

A new (old) venue for live music has booked Concord Joe and we are very excited to be playing there.

A heritage-listed old hotel in Rozelle in a very quiet part of the neighbourhood. Owner Damian Silk has live and original music on his radar, and every weekend he is providing wonderful music for all sorts of tastes.

Concord Joe will be there on Saturday, November 2 from 8:00. More Saturdays on November 9 and December 28. 2014 dates will be forthcoming….

THE MERTON HOTEL

Don’t forget that we have Fridays, too. November 1 and December 20 at the Merton in Rozelle

DAVE’S ALBUM LAUNCH

Very excited to be a part of David Carter’s Album Launch at the Croatian Sports Club in Wickham (see map) on Sunday, December 1. Music will be from midday. Concord Joe will play a 40 minute support set. You might already know this, but Dave Carter stood in for Billy as an honorary “Joe” while Billy played a few other gigs. I’ve heard Dave’s album, “Ten Tall Tales” and it’s fantastic, so it will be a very fun and musical day. We would love to see you there!

FESTIVALS!

The Barooga (Barooooooooooooooooga) String Festival is the following week in Barooga, of course. We will be the support to Sarah MacLeod and, the headliner for the night, Mark Seymour. It’s only a short 8 hour drive from Sydney, so we’re hoping you will organise a bus for all of your friends. čÖé How fun!

CRUISES

And don’t forget our Annual Sunset Christmas Harbour Cruise. Only 55 days until we set sail and tickets are still available and only $75 including dinner and the cruise. It’s a really good value and a really fun night. Gather up a group and celebrate Christmas with the band. Click here for more details.

    Hi Wendy,
I would like to receive info regarding events for Concord Joe. Good night at The Baldy last night, Nick and I and friends feel blessed that live music is rife in our Balmain again as it was in the 70’s and. 80’s. Thankyou so much for the beautiful work you are producing and always warm and friendly public relations.
